Gone are the days of status quo. We live in a constantly
changing environment. As managers, team leaders, and team
members we must keep our eyes on the prize of meeting
customer requirements. One challenge is to create processes that
are fluid and dynamic enough to handle change and still support
our internal and external customer requirements. Another
challenge is to bring people in different stages of readiness
together to make the needed changes.
