John A. Alich, Jr., B.S., MBA, President and CEO Enogen, Inc.: Since1977, John has served in senior management roles within the process and scientific instrument industries specializing in change management. Enogen, Inc. is a recombinant DNA startup. Prior positions include President, Baker Hughes Mining Tools, President, EnviroTech Measurements and Controls, and President, Kevex Instruments and Spectrace Instruments. Mr. Alich also is consulting for a number of small companies including a CRM Software company, a construction equipment manufacturer, and a sensor-based PDA computing company.
