More Information About Us
Target Management was founded in 1985 by Paul Best and Eileen Sunzeri. Paul and Eileen bring together a unique combination of talents and skills to help companies that are seeking to change. In the mid-80s, many companies were attempting to implement Continuous Improvement or Total Quality Management systems. Often, the motivation for these companies to change was merely the fact that everyone else was doing it. Target Management helped numerous companies implement Continuous Improvement in a way that brought fundamental, lasting change to their management style, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
These successes allowed Paul and Eileen to catalog the combinations of organizational situations and change management practices that were effective. Target Management's goal as advisors, coaches, trainers, and consultants is to develop an effective change management process jointly with management. Paul and Eileen roll up their sleeves and work side by side with the client to achieve company objectives.
Target Management support associates consist of highly qualified professionals specializing in conflict management, leadership training, assessments, and internal customer-supplier requirements negotiations.
